中國的春節檔電影歷來被視作全年電影市場的風向標，受疫情影響沉寂多時的中國電影在今年春節檔全面發力。國家電影局統計數據顯示，截至1月24日零點，兔年電影春節檔用兩天時間取得了超28億元的好成績。
今年「春節檔」有《流浪地球2》、《滿江紅》、《無名》、《交換人生》《中國乒乓之絕地反擊》《熊出沒·伴我「熊芯」》和《深海》七部影片上映，題材覆蓋喜劇、科幻、懸疑、體育、動畫等，相比往年更加豐富多元，真正體現出一種「最強春節檔」的實力。
而電影的網絡評分也陸續出爐，《流浪地球2》的豆瓣評分為8.3，《滿江紅》為8.0，《深海》為7.6。對於今年「春節檔」新片的質量，多數觀眾都給予認可。
據資料顯示，張藝謀再次回歸古裝歷史題材的作品《滿江紅》以「懸疑+喜劇」的全新類型帶領觀眾走進南宋時期的忠義傳奇；《無名》聚焦了波譎雲詭的隱蔽戰線，講述了地下工作者們冒着生命危險送出情報，用生命與熱血保衛祖國的故事；《深海》是《大聖歸來》導演田曉鵬七年精雕細刻之作，開創性研發粒子水墨動畫，實現中國水墨畫與主流三維技術的結合；《流浪地球2》圍繞前傳展開，再次刷新觀眾對中國科幻片的想象；《交換人生》合家歡的故事氛圍與春節檔的適配度直接拉滿；在《熊出沒·伴我「熊芯」》中，熊大、熊二回到夢開始的地方，守護久違的親情。
