台湾促进转型正义委员会阶段性任务将于5月底完成，立法院会周二（17日）三读修正通过促进转型正义条例部分条文。促转会按规定解散后，行政院将设“推动转型正义会报”，5月底前成立人权与转型正义处。
综合中央社报导，促转会发布新闻稿指出，立法院三读通过促转会拟具的促进转型正义条例部分条文修正、威权统治时期国家不法行为被害者权利回复条例，以及促进转型正义条例增订第11条之1、第11条之2修正。
促进转型正义条例增订第11条之1明定于行政院设“推动转型正义会报”，由行政院长担任召集人，以统合、协调及监督各机关落实办理转型正义业务。另外，行政院已规划设置“人权及转型正义处”，担任“推动转型正义会报”幕僚单位，持续推动国家人权与转型正义政策。
行政院人权与转型正义处预计5月底前成立，掌理人权与转型正义，包括：统合规划、业务协调督导国际人权公约、国家人权报告、人权教育，以及威权象征处置、不义遗址保存、转型正义教育等10项。
人权部分包含：
一、人权保障及转型正义政策、计画、法案之规划、研议、审查、研究发展；
二、国际人权规范研究及国际人权组织合作交流之推动；
三、人权指标、人权预算、人权影响评估机制之统合规划及推动；
四、人权保障措施之推动、协调及业务督导；
五、国际人权公约、国家人权报告、人权教育之统合规划及业务督导。
转型正义部分：
六、政治档案开放、加害者识别与处置之协调及业务督导；
七、威权象征处置、不义遗址保存、转型正义教育之协调及业务督导；
八、平复司法不法与行政不法、被害者权利回复、政治暴力受难者与家属创伤疗愈之协调及业务督导；
九、促进转型正义基金之协调及业务督导；
十、其他有关人权及转型正义事项。
