兔年到啦，祝大家前兔似錦、揚眉兔氣、大展宏兔！
澳洲各地紛紛舉辦春節慶祝活動，作為悉尼華人區之一的Eastwood也不遑多讓。讓我們來看看今年Ryde市政廳將在Eastwood舉辦哪些活動吧。
今年Ryde市的中國新年慶祝活動定在2月4日（星期六）下午3點至9點間，地點位於Eastwood Oval。活動可謂是老少咸宜，無論你是大人還是小孩，是單身還是攜家帶口，都歡迎一起在這一年一度的歡樂時光里放鬆身心，同時也讓我們華人的傳統節日傳承下去。
屆時將有特別的新年表演、現場兒童節目、遊樂設施和各種攤位和餐車。壯觀的煙花秀將在當晚舉辦。
下面看看具體安排吧：
1、下午3點和4點是Peter Rabbit現場兒童節目，將有毛茸茸的、穿着藍色夾克的「大兔子」為在場的小朋友們帶來歡笑！下午4點45分觀眾可以和Peter Rabbit近距離打招呼呦。
2、全天都有機會和「財神爺」與「三王子」見面，如果近距離見到，說不定一整年都會好運連連。
3、官方歡迎儀式將於下午5點舉行，將邀請嘉賓致辭慶賀新年。
4、此外還有醒獅點睛儀式（Eye dotting）、舞獅和踩高蹺，均是華人熟知的傳統文化或娛樂方式，剛來到澳洲的同胞們想必會感到十分親切呢！
5、「天花無數月中開，五采祥雲繞絳台。」 美麗的煙花在空中綻放，象徵辭去舊的歲月，迎接新的篇章。
