杨紫琼凭《妈的多重宇宙》（Everything Everywhere All at Once）的精彩演出，获金球奖音乐及喜剧类电影最佳女主角，全球鼓掌，而香港的文化体育及旅游局长杨润雄也不遑多让，凭着“他妈的多重标准”和厚过长城的面皮，上了大马、台湾等地新闻，成了全球华人笑话。
杨润雄不但第一时间冲出来祝贺杨紫琼获奖，更说“对于香港演员在国际影坛继续大放异彩，他感到非常鼓舞”。但杨紫琼是马来西亚人，与法国丈夫居于日内瓦，近年拍的多是好莱坞片，从前受访皆表明“我来自马来西亚”，怎么变成“香港演员”呢？“抢人才”不要紧，但身为香港高官，尽在嘴巴上讨便宜，毫不尊重人家的国民身分认同，未免丢尽香港的脸。
有人说，杨紫琼在香港拍电影走红，叫“香港演员”也不为过。按此逻辑，郭富城也是“台湾艺人”了──他是先在台湾拍机车广告走红，然后才回流香港的。还有纳米比亚人历苏，当年也在香港拍了几部卖座片，红遍亚洲，应该也是“香港演员”吧。认同杨润雄没所谓，但请保持标准一致。
另一个耐人寻味的问题是，杨润雄怎么不把杨紫琼正名为“中国香港演员”？近日港协暨奥委会向辖下体育总会发信，要求7月前在名称上冠以“中国香港”四字，不然则取消资助、离开奥委会及不能参加国际赛事。据报导，目前港协暨奥委会辖下共有83个本地体育总会，只有17个的名字冠以“中国香港”。
以我观察，港府对“香港”和“中国香港”的界线，向来抓得很紧：运动员获国际奖项的，例必称“中国香港”；出口外国的商品，则誓死跟中国划清界线。如美国自2020年11月起，要求香港出口美国的产品，来源地须标示“中国”而不能标示“香港”，便遭到商务及经济发展局长丘应桦强烈抗议。丘局长讲得很白，“‘香港制造’代表优质”，言下之意，“中国制造”代表什么？
现在杨紫琼不是出口外国的商品，而是获国际殊荣的演员，既然连“香港演员在国际影坛继续大放异彩”也说得出口，进一步添上“中国”两字，似乎也很顺理成章——但且慢，让杨紫琼成名的香港，不是“中国香港”，而是英殖香港。懂了，难怪杨润雄不敢提“中国”两字。
世上真正有价值的成就，都来自探索未知的可能性。从前的英殖香港，可以让很多人成名，因为当时电影业没什么红线，有无限可能，就像Everything Everywhere All at Once那个天马行空的多元世界，只有你想不出，没有你不敢拍。尽管杨紫琼不是“香港演员”，但我认为她有一番话，很值得今天的香港人细味：
“我乐意去探索新的领域，去开阔眼界，去冒险，去寻找新的体验。我不喜欢总是被困在某一处，我总想去看世界。想变得更好，唯一的办法就是走出去。而同时非常重要的是，你得接受自己，知道自己是谁，自己想成为什么。”
