港府不满飞往韩国的客机只能在仁川国际机场降落，要求韩国政府取消这项限制。香港有旅行业估计约1,200人受影响。
综合港媒报导，港府1月10日晚间声明称，韩国当局的有关限制只针对香港出发的航班，并不合理，政府已去信韩国当局，并联系韩国驻香港总领事馆表达强烈关注，严正要求韩方取消有关限制。
中韩两国近日就旅客入境检疫问题有所争议，北京指责韩国在检疫上对中国旅客采取歧视性做法，10日也宣布暂停向韩国公民发出前往中国的短期签证。
同一天，韩国宣布，来自港澳的客机与中国航班相同，都只能降落仁川机场，外界相信事件与中韩争议有关。
香港外游旅行团代理商协会主席苏子杨11日在官方香港电台表示，目前赴韩国的旅行团，有9成都是前往仁川机场，相信有关限制对香港旅行团的影响不是很大，但对自由行旅客影响较大。
纵横游执行董事袁振宁11日在新城电台节目表示，香港往釜山和济州的航线1月22日才复飞，估计约1,200人受影响。
袁振宁说，纵横游过年期间有2个釜山团，团客如不打算转团，可获全数退款。3至4月才是釜山和济州的旅游旺季，期望届时能回复正常。
