香港与澳门警方近日联合打击网上求职诈骗案，共拘捕56人，其中3人为骨干，涉及131宗案件，受害人损失逾700万港元。
据港媒报导，港警9至15日与澳门警方的联合行动中，拘捕了46人（34男12女），年龄介乎18至60岁，涉及83宗案件，骗款超过500万元（港元，下同），单宗损失金额从2,000多元至56万元不等。部分被捕人士有黑社会背景，涉嫌“以欺骗手段取得财产”、“串谋诈骗”及“洗黑钱”罪。
港警表示，今年1至9月，录得2,252宗网上求职诈骗案，比去年同期的690宗上升3.3倍。今年的损失金额达3.37亿元，平均每宗损失15万元。
被捕人士中有3人是集团骨干，其中一人负责招募“刷单员”，诱骗受害人刷单和汇款到指定帐户；另2人负责招募和操控人头帐户，以及清洗犯罪所得。警方调查发现，犯罪集团操控多个人头帐户，清洗超过2亿的犯罪所得。
警方指出，骗徒在社交平台、通讯软件及国际性知名求职网站发布“招聘广告”，称零经验享高薪、在家工作等，诱骗受害人刷单赚取佣金，包括在一些真实的网购平台刷单，然后指示受害人将货物置入平台的购物车，但不过数，再要求受害人将购物款汇入其指定的银行帐户。
警方还提及另一种骗法，即骗徒建立虚假网站或流动应用程式，指示受害人在这些网站开设帐户进行刷单，以及将款项汇入指定的银行帐户。为使受害人放下戒心，部分案件显示，骗徒会在头几次刷单时给予少量“佣金”。
澳门司警则是拘捕了10名男子，年龄介乎19至40岁，相信他们主要是将自己的银行帐户卖给犯罪团伙，并协助登记电话号码。
警方分析受害人的背景，年龄介乎18至65岁，40岁以下超过七成，相信与该年龄层经常使用社交平台有关。警方又指，诈骗集团会以“揾快钱”作招徕，诱骗市民出售自己的银行帐户。
澳门司警今年1月至9月录得48宗类似的网上求职诈骗案，损失金额超过260万澳门币。
