中國的人口問題，引起了國際社會議論紛紛。最近的統計說明，中國的人口開始負增長，也就是停止增長，開始下降了。西方和中國的企業界關心的是廉價勞動力會不會繼續維持。這對經濟造成巨大影響，也就是賺錢的機會沒有了，必須轉移世界工廠了。
對中國的工薪階層來說，有兩種可能性。工人減少了，有利於提高工資，擺脫廉價勞動力的困境。另一種結果是，企業外遷，減少了工作機會，工作機會的競爭將繼續維持低薪工作，工薪階層的狀況沒什麼改變。那麼，我們來看看中共建國之後人口隨着政策變化帶來的結果，從而可以稍微預測將來工薪階層的前途。
建國初期和文革的二十多年裡，中共學習蘇聯鼓勵生育，人口迅速增長。期間的大躍進人民公社，導致餓死幾千萬人，人口數量有一個挫折。但劉少奇的恢復期和文革初期，人口政策不變，仍然繼續高速增長。這為二十年後所謂改革開放時期的廉價勞動力，打下了基礎。
共產主義計劃經濟的大鍋飯，導致生產效率低下。經濟增長落後於人口增長，過窮日子似乎無法為偉大的共產黨圓謊。於是，以聰明的周恩來總理為首的一幫官僚們，就想出了一個甩鍋的對象：說是人口太多國家養不起，要開始計劃生育。
計劃生育既然是一項政策，就要養一幫官吏。這個專業官吏的利益群體，就要擴大自己的權力、利益和規模。這逐漸演化為一胎化和暴力墮胎，形成中國特色的人口政策，導致了三十多年後人口增長下降，老齡化提早到來。以至於現在的人口負增長，人口危機提前到來。
人口問題還有另一個分支，就是勞動人口和家庭結構。中國共產黨為了降低勞動力價格，實行低工資、雙職工政策。開始是為了增加政府積累，壓抑工資增長。改革開放後成為吸引外國資本的有利條件，所以繼續維持下來。這完全破壞了傳統的家庭結構，造成現在養兒難的現實問題。也從另一個方面限制了人口的增長。
目前的狀況繼續下去，中國人口的負增長將會加速。老齡化和勞動力短缺，將無法維持現有的經濟結構。在技術進步緩慢，資金和企業外遷的形勢下，失業問題也會增加。國內市場會逐漸萎縮，經濟增長將會和人口下降持平，或者達到一個低水平的平衡。
因為上述的原因，人口問題不是一個單純的人口問題，而是一個綜合的經濟和社會問題。解決中國的人口問題，第一重要的也是首先需要解決的，就是中國特色的計劃生育利益集團。這個集團產生和維持都和一黨專政有關，它的存在也是維護一黨專政的基礎之一。
第二個重要的方面，就是回復傳統的家庭價值觀和家庭結構。把碎片化的個人主義社會結構，重新結合為家庭為基礎的社會結構。沒有家庭為基礎的社會，就不會有正常的人口增長。碎片化的個人主義社會結構，更加有利於專制政府的存在。因為失去了家庭和親屬網絡的依靠，人們遭遇困難的時候，只能依靠政府的力量。這就是強大的專制政府存在的基礎。
綜上所述，解決人口問題，就會觸及到專制政府的存在的基礎。在現有的政治體制沒有改變的前提下，工薪階層將為中國共產黨的錯誤政策承擔主要的後果。馬屁文人們將會描繪出新的美好前景來忽悠老百姓。請大家警惕，防止繼續被中共欺騙。
