悉尼唐人街老牌知名中餐館同樂軒（Zilver）業主近日證實該餐館即將永遠停業，並將於情人節前一天（2月13日）關門。
Zilver公司在其網站上發布的一份聲明稱，此次令人震驚的關門決定是因為計劃對該場地重建並開發為辦公空間。
聲明還稱：「這一決定不可逆轉，在30年的輝煌和巨大努力及成就後，離開這一最受歡迎的場所對我們來說是毀滅性的打擊。」
聲明表示，很難理解業主為何決定放棄其忠誠的長期租戶，即曾榮獲殊榮的同樂軒餐館。
然而，業主將同樂軒的「戲劇性歷程」比喻為中國古代著名小說《三國演義》，稱該餐館有一個「未完成的故事要繼續」，他們將「努力爭取最好和更好的未來」。
據澳新社（news.com.au）報導，同樂軒1993年首次營業，老闆為Henry Tang及其妻子Chillie。
同樂軒在Bondi Junction Westfield開有第二家分店，另一家唐人街餐廳The Eight也隸屬於Zilver集團。
多年來，位於Haymarket的旗艦店引來忠實粉絲群，美食愛好者蜂擁而至，稱讚其粵菜美味可口。
因此，突然關閉的消息讓悉尼許多居民感到震驚，網友紛紛在社交媒體上表達遺憾。
「我不希望粵菜館走向衰落。位於唐人街的廣東傳統正在消亡，該死的辦公樓和公寓樓。」 一位網民在Reddit上發帖抱怨是修建辦公樓導致這家中餐館關門。
Reddit上另一網民稱，同樂軒關門象徵一個時代的結束。
